Dark rum with Cointreau, lime juice, Angostura bitters and ginger beer.

Caipirinha
Sagatiba Cachaça shaken fiercely with crushed lime wedges, sugar syrup and ice.

Cosmopolitan
Citrus vodka, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry. Served straight up with a flamed orange zest.

Cuba Libre
The ironically named, yet delectable combination of light rum, fresh lime juice and coca cola.

Dark n’ Stormy
The national drink of Bermuda, Goslings Black Seal Rum, with fresh lime juice and ginger beer. Simple is beautiful.

Strawberry Daiquiri
Light rum muddled with fresh strawberries, shaken with fresh lime juice and sugar syrup.

Gin Fizz
Gin with lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda.

Gimlet

Long Island Iced Tea
Vodka, gin, white rum, Tequila, Cointreau, topped with cola.

Lynchburg Lemonade
Jack Daniels shaken with Cointreau, lemon juice, topped with lemonade.

Mai Tai
Goslings rum, combined with orange Curaçao, fresh pineapple juice, lime and a suggestion of almond. Tiki heaven.

Margarita
100% Agave tequila, shaken with Cointreau, lime juice and a dash of sugar syrup. Served with/without a salted rim, straight up, or on the rocks.

Martini
Your choice of gin or vodka is combined with a whisper of vermouth and served up with olives or lemon zest. Shaken or stirred to your liking.

Vesper Martini
A James Bond classic combing both gin and vodka, with a suggestion of Lillet vermouth.

Manhattan
Bourbon stirred gently with ice, Angostura bitters, burnt orange zest and vermouth.

Mojito
A refreshing combination of light rum, fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, sugar, topped with soda.

Pina Colada
Dark rum with coconut, pineapple juice and cream.

S** on the Beach
Vodka with fresh peach, grenadine, freshly squeezed orange juice and cranberry.

Singapore Sling
The Raffles classic combining gin, lemon juice, cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, grenadine and soda.

White Lady
A well balanced and delicious cocktail comprising simply of gin, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup served straight up.

Whiskey Sour
Buffalo Trace bourbon shaken with lemon juice, sugar syrup and a dash of Maraschino juice.

Zombie
