Cosmopolitan/Strawberry Cosmopolitan
Citrus vodka, crushed strawberries, Cointreau, lime juice and cranberry. Served straight up with a flamed orange zest.
Cuba Libre
The ironically named, yet delectable combination of light rum, fresh lime juice and coca cola.
Daiquiri
Possibly the most beautiful cocktail of all time. Light rum shaken with fresh lime juice and sugar syrup. Flavours available are strawberry, raspberry, apple, peach and pear to name but a few.
Dark n’ Stormy
The national drink of Bermuda, Goslings Black Seal Rum, with fresh lime juice and ginger beer. Simple is beautiful.
Gin Fizz
Gin with lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda. Beautiful with crushed blueberries!
Gimlet
A large measure of gin, shaken extremely well with lime cordial and served straight up. Try this drink with a tea-spoon of marmalade; we think you will like it!
Mai Tai
Goslings rum, combined with orange Curaçao, fresh pineapple juice, lime and a suggestion of almond. Tiki heaven.
Margarita
100% Agave tequila, shaken with Cointreau, lime juice and a dash of sugar syrup. Served with/without a salted rim, straight up, or on the rocks.
Martini
Finlandia vodka/Beefeater gin is stirred gently with ice and a whisper of vermouth. Served up with a lemon twist or olives.
Mojito
A refreshing combination of light rum, fresh mint leaves, lime wedges, sugar, topped with soda.
Pina Colada
Dark rum with coconut, pineapple juice and cream

Vodka with fresh peach, grenadine, orange juice and cranberry
Singapore Sling
The Raffles classic combining gin, lemon juice, cherry liqueur, pineapple juice, grenadine and soda.

Whiskey Sour
